Dogs are pack animals and like to be with their pack. Have someone work with you and the minute she does this, you, your company and other dogs immediately leave her and go outside or into another room and shut the door.
Then have a party. Tell your other dog what a good boy he is and give him some yummy treats. Everyone thinks I'm a nut when I do this but guess what? It works. I've used that tecnique for Mickey when he didn't want to come in when it was time. No yelling, I just left him outside (I watched thru the window) and had a big party telling the girls what a great job they did coming inside. A few minutes later, I went out for Mickey and believe me, he was waiting at the door. It took about 2 times before he would come running when I said it was time to come in.
