Your right, nothing is for sure yet, except the stool findings, best scenerio is that he gets rid of those parasites and then slowly recooperates and all labs go back to normal. Maybe his system is so out of tune from the worms, that his labs were abnormal from them draining him. All I can say is, I can't wait till tomorrow to make sure he made it through the night.
