I had the same with mine, most likely your yorkie got ear mites for which you need to get the medicine from the vet. Does he scratch a lot? on the same spot? If yes, take him back to the vet. Ear mites canīt be seen with the normal eye, the vet ussually can see that immediately with a telescopic (thing) instrument.
