I've looked at the website of this 'great breeder' and I am afraid that I don't agree with the OP's glowing praise of the breeder. It's great that the breeder took the time to talk and explain everything.

What worries me is that the Biewers aren't standard - they look like yorkie/biewer crosses to me. Plus the only accredited Biewer club in America is the BBCA. I'd get a pup from one of the club's accredited breeders.

You will have to live with the puppy for years and people can be incredibly nice when they want to sell something. These clubs are there to regulate their breeders and if a breeder isn't accredited by the right club, there is a reason for it.
