I would get down to 22% if you are seeing signs on the blood work like that especially if creatinine was elevated. Better to be safe than sorry.

So sorry about the attack. 4 years ago I talked to a rescue about a yorkie and she would not take in jack russells as they have killed a few dogs in her rescue and one attacked a yorkie on a group I am on and it was bad but we all raised money for surgery and the yorkie lived so I would be careful of any jack russells after reading this quite a few times on dog groups
