I would say yes BUT you really have to know your dog's background for several generations (pedigree).

Yorkies are really hard to predict because so many people have not bred them to their standard.

I don't want you to get upset if you were expecting yours to stay small because some lines grow fast up front and some don't fill out until later.

Either way, I'm sure you'll love him no matter how big/small he'll be.
