The pain concerns me as pancreatitis is very painful. If he seems to painful you may need to take him in tonight. When dex had it he could not get comfortable just kept moving from spot to spot and we had to take him in

Very light pink gums may be a sign of problems, but are his gums sticky? Or are they wet?

If he is tossing and turning, then I would be concerned about the pancreas.

I just don't want to see him get dehydrated and get into trouble medically because of it.
He seems to be a little better. He has been sleeping for the past hour. (Not getting up and moving around.) His gums are moist. He holds the water down. (He doesn't vomit right away.) I am going to call the vet first thing in the morning. I will take him to the emergency vet if he gets any worse. I will keep everyone posted. I am going to go lay down with him. Thanks again for all of the advice.
