what i would do is take the bowl to dex let him drink and if he refused i would take two fingers and put to his mouth to lick. He would vomit then gulp water then vomit then gulp water and that is the worst thing you can let them do as you have to stop the vomitting cycle. The pain concerns me as pancreatitis is very painful. If he seems to painful you may need to take him in tonight. When dex had it he could not get comfortable just kept moving from spot to spot and we had to take him in
