If he is tossing and turning I would take him in as he is in pain
If they cannot get comfortable they are in pain. You can hold up food but water only for a little while until all vomitting has stopped for say an hour or two then introduce a little water on finger
if it is orange does it look like blood in it as usually yellow bile if vomitting stomach acids not orange
