Personally, I haven't expereinced this. Have you tried calling Cornell to inquire if this is perhaps normal? I do hope all resolves well for you and Angus...I will keep you two in my thoughts and prayers. I am very pleased to read that you have such regard for Cornell...that is a close resource to me if ever needed. I hope you find the answers you seek to comfort your worry.
