I have seen first hand 2 creative fabric artists on this forum have their designs copied/stolen and claimed as their own for profit. IMO, It's just wrong. If someone wants to make and sell for profit items that are similar, either don't sell them in the same forums or change up the design and make it your own!
I am not the product police, but I think common sense and respect could be used.
Sorry if this ruffles feathers, I just want people who design and make their living on their creativity and promoting that product to get credit where credit is due. O.K....I will be quiet now.. {jumping off soapbox}

I can see what you mean by this and I would be frustrated if someone stole my design and tried to sell it as my own. I never had any intention of making them on here and selling them. The people that know me know that I do have TIME to do that lol I very much enjoy sewing and creating this bed for my SB but it did take awhile (I even hand embroidered her name - first time for that, too!)... I just wanted to make a special gift for someone. So I repeat, I will NEVER sell this on this forum. I am a member of another forum (for police wives) and we are raising money in an auction to help support one of the families' husband who was shot several times. Among many other items, I have donated a bed to help raise funds for this family. I will not ever use the name "kuddler" again. That's a promise.
I am not going to lie, I felt totally attackked last night b/c all of a sudden, I was getting accused AND Marsha (K9 Kuddler lady) joined YT JUST to send me a message about me potentially stealing and infringing upon her copyright (insert jargon here).... which is totally NOT the case.
I guess I am a little peeved b/c I think some jump to conclusions too fast sometimes and that hurts people's feelings and their integrity on a board, IMO. I was VERY upset last night when i went to bed.
