dogs with health issues you should really think long and hard and talk to vet about vaccinating. Allergies is a health issue it is an autoimmune disease so why your dog is reacting so much as her immune system is compromised. Can you get a health waiver for her? Are you doing every 3 years with rabies? Even if titer came in low with dhpp I would not vaccinate again if she has had the one year booster
