Too risky (imo).
If it was a store like entirelypets selling through eBay, I'd be fine with it.
I wouldn't be okay with individual sellers.
There is no way to know if it is legit and if it was kept according to package directions.
And Frontline does not expire if kept in the correct packaging. So why would some of this carry an expiration date? And if they changed the packaging and it now can expire, who comes up with the date on which that will happen?
Not worth it to me...
Much rather get a larger container from a reputable store or a vet and have vet help me dose it.
