wbc is infection and the pancreatic enzyme you mean the lipase was elevated? If she does another blood draw have her do the TLI as this measures for epi only as spec cpli measures for pancreatitis but TLI measures for epi which is something that runs in this breed - I think i linked to that below will double check.
I still think fungal though if the metronidazole did not stop it then it is not bacteria and could be fungal.
