What CN stated above is true...and I'm guessing you were probably trying to think ahead IF you are chosen to adopt that lil' cutie-pie!
In any case a reputable rescue group would not approve an adoption without having done a home inspection and met the family interested in adopting. In any case, you would need to pick up your new dog yourself. So, that could mean driving or flying.
I am a foster mom with YTNR as well, and I can tell you that if you could not come to meet AND pick her up...you would not be approved.
If you can not afford the transportation factor than I'd recommend looking locally for a rescue group near you.
