I have 4 babies. Bucky is almost 4, Annie is a rescue, but we think she is around 7, and 2 at 5 months. Potty training can be very trying at times. I also could not watch everyone 24/7, but I found a great way to potty train. When I find pee or poo in the house we all go together to pick it up. We scold the potty and say bad potty. Then we take it outside and put it on the ground and say good potty. It sounds silly, but it really works. Friends think I am crazy when they hear me scolding the poop, but it works.
