Hi Nathalie,
I'm sorry you didn't get the results you expected the first time. With the language difference this might be difficult but I will try to help you get better results.
My suggestion is to be sure to leave the PEK on for several minutes. With my long coated boy, I comb it through his hair while he is standing in the sink. This takes about 5-10 minutes to comb completely through. Then I warm water rinse and blow dry.
