Just as others have said go to vet and if vet cannot figure this out immediately get to neurologist immediately. This could be serious so I would not wait around on this one. There are things like inner ear infection, inflammation on spinal cord (gme), AAI with the neck situation (was there a fall), liver issue. So many things can go wrong but neck pain is nothing to mess around with this breed - Please keep us updated

If it were me I would go to neurologist myself to have xray done as if neck is like that then it is very important that when xray is done it is done correctly or can cause more problems so you really need someone who knows how to xray in case AAI. One wrong move on that can be fatal - sorry to scare you but the neck is of great concern and if this happened from a fall then more reason to be of concern for aai
