I've gotten in to the habit of putting Rhett in his crate around 10 each night. He usually wakes up around 3 and wants to go out. After that, he comes back in to bed to snuggle until morning.
Last night, I let him fall asleep in my bed. I woke up at the usual time, expecting him to be ready to go out. Nope- he was still sound asleep. I was too afraid to go back to sleep for fear I wouldn't hear him start to stir, so I decided to wait (figuring he would be up shortly).
Well, here it is 6:30 a.m. He's still sound asleep and I'm exhausted.
On the plus side, I did manage to catch up on my emails
