  If I were in your situation, I'd go to all the Vets. that kennel and let them know that you would work for her kennel fee.  Let them know your situation.
I hope you don't have to give her up.  There just has to be someone with a big heart that could even take care of her for you till you can afford to have her back.  Wishing you all the luck in the world.
