Yeah i guess they are called a party yorkie when they have white on them. I am by far an expert just stumbled on the highest of the high yorkie showers and championship breeders site last night while looking to buy a sweet pup. The standard they say is if they have more than an inch on the chest they are not akc show matterial! so it is cute and differant but not standard to wrap it up!
