Animal Smiley 019 Pooping in the house- barking and aggressive?

Hi everyone, Im not sure how this works but I have a few issues ( clearly) with my yorkie Sadie. She just turned one last saturday June 5th, and has finally stopped peeing in the house on a regular basis. She may have an accident when visiting someone's home because she is unsure of where to go, but generally once she's been told where, she goes pee. Pooping, she will not do outside at night. In the morning I stand there and she goes no problem, sometimes it takes a while but most of the time she just goes. At night time, if we are outside and the door is open she will go in a poo, then come back out so I think this means she thinks it's ok to go in the house?? I don't yell or hit her ( even though everyone is telling me to!!) because I don't think it is right, and I can't tell her " NO" because I never catch her doing it. Do I need to just pay closer attention to her since she gets the peeing outside?

Also another big issue, When Sadie is on my lap, especially when sleeping either on my bed or anywhere really- if another animal comes up she will start barking and attacking them- It's a big issue with food at my friends house because her dog attacks too.

She has started to listen when going from the car into the house, instead of running off she goes right in the house... But she doesn't really come when she is called and she sometimes runs away.

I know this is a lot to ask in one thread but Im so sad that it is taking her so long with some of this stuff- my mom gets so angry too and I don't want her to make her leave. I am 19 btw and am able to take good care of her. I know she is very smart too, she sits before crossing the street and sits for treats and stuff. ANY suggestions will help!!
Thank you in advance!!
