 Roriee Update!
I just got the following update from Jen....just totally amazing how well Roriee is doing!!

6/11/10 – Roriee is still doing fantastic! The doctor took the bandage off her leg earlier this week and decided to leave it off because it is healing so well. The doctor will check her leg again next week to make sure it is still healing as it should. We have also transitioned her to the new steroid without any issues. She clearly has a dislike to some non-yorkies though! Her foster family is babysitting a pup that is not a Yorkie and she yells at the pup anytime she sees it or hears it! She started playing with toys yesterday too! She pulls on them, chews on them, and will go get them if you throw them. She is doing SOOO good. She isn’t quite as stable as most pups because of her neurological problems and her back leg, but she does good. We think she may have regained some of her vision as well! She is able to clearly follow objects now. She has come such a long way and continues to improve! The prayers and thoughts for her have done wonders, please continue them!! |
