When I got a new puppy bringing into the family.. my older dog didnt like the new addition at all,. she was afraid and ignoring her completely.. but it took 2 and half months to get the new baby accepted... it took long, but it was all good at the end,.maybe give her some time.
And give Penny lot of attention too.
