ok well cannot hurt to call er just to get their perspective. I have never had this happen to me but it did happen to my uncle a couple christmas' ago. Not sure if his dog had one or more bones though but i just know they can splinter is my biggest concern. Any vomitting i would be in the car and driving fast to ER.
