You could get the kind that tell you if your too close to the quick or not. Otherwise just regular small dog clippers. Just do a tiny bit at a time...mine have black nails so I can't really see the quick. If Bijou's nails are white then you can probably see the quick. I also have a dremel. Good luck friend!!!
