My one year old Niko has a sister now. She is a 12 week old with the same mother as Niko and is very cute.

We have one concern however. She has a short nose and sometimes sticks her tongue out. She is also missing her front row of teeth?

Is the tongue sticking out by itself permanent or something she will grow out of.
