I had a groomer once tell me to buy cat clippers (looks sort of like very small scissors). I tried them, but they left sharp edges just like others clippers do. Maybe I didn't hold them correctly. I also cut too short and made one nail bleed!
Betty Boop hates to have her nails clipped! I would rather do it myself but she is almost unmanageable. I have better luck clipping them before she wakes up and is still groggy (she's a real dead-head in the mornings!). I can get about 2 clipped each morning.
