And I respect you for it. I made the mistake of speaking up once about that, and since I was new at volunteering, let's just say they were quick to put me in my place. They never let me adopt from the SPCA even though they new me. Every I fell in love with a pup, the staff's response was, "Oh no you wouldn't want that one."
