I will say that if they rescued the momma dog when she was preggo, what rescue would use their funds to doc tails when it isn't necessary? They're not purebred anyway and it wouldn't make sense to use a rescues limited resources. Just a thought! |
From the way I read it, they were rescued after birth. But I will email them and try to get more info.
