Ditto. There is no information there. If you're truly interested, call her and ask her to send you a copy of the adoption application/questionnaire and a copy of her contract/guarantee.
Also, if you read some of the threads at the top of the "Yorkies for sale/wanted" section, which I think I posted for you, one of them gives you a list of good questions to ask, as well as what to look out for.
