The advantix treatment I gave her made her retch for a few days and not very hungry so I wasn't impressed with that and he only gave her a partial dose of the pack labeled for dogs 1-10 lbs. I'm worried about this heart worm pill as the pack says for dogs up to 25 lbs. Anyone have any experience with dosing a light weight yorkie? Tx
Addy weighs 5 lbs. and I split the up to 10lb. heartguard heartworm pill. This is what my vet recommended and I have had no problems with it. The one I get is the soft pill, so it is easy to half it.
