My baby Oliver is 10 weeks old and I'm very strict on potty training him to go outside. I take him out almost every hour and am getting him on a set schedule soon but before I could take him out and just watch him as he wouldn't run very fast or run away from me. Now it seems like he's getting faster and faster when he goes out. Heaven forbid he would run out on the street or something! I bought the smallest harness available for him with a leash but 1) I'm having trouble getting the harness on and 2) is he old enough to take on walks? Advice would be great!
