Just got back from the lady's house that we may be getting a puppy from. She lives less than a 15-minute drive from us. We met the mama dog today. She was so pretty and sweet. I should of took pictures, but my digital camera battery is dead. Forgot to recharge it. She also had a 10-month old male (not the daddy) but he was sooo cute and sweet as well. She said he was really shy and backed away from strangers. But, I guess I got the magic touch. I talked really sweet to him. And in minutes he was running up to me, jumping in my lap and giving me puppy kisses. I could of stayed there all day. I was so much in love with these dogs. Her male was gorgous. Black and silver. Very unusual color. The mommy is due around New Years Eve. She is also gorgeous with golden color. This is her 3rd litter. Her last litter produced 4 healthy little puppies. I know my mom is set on getting a female. But, I fell in love with her little male, even though he is not for sale. He is her pet. To me, it really would not matter. Someday I may get another yorkie when I have my own place, and I may get a male. We are off to see another breeder today possibly. We have to call her first though. I would like to see her yorkies also before making a final decision on who to go with. She has a litter due on December 9th. And she has 3 more litters due in January. She breeds yorkies and maltese. She also lives less than a 15 minute drive away. Seeing these dogs really lifted my spirits. I just love them all so much. It is like I could take all of them home if I could.
