Hi, I have my little girl home now. She is wonderful. Sleeps all night without making a peep in her bed and uses her pee pad when I'm not here or goes outside when I'm home. Have a question on the heart worm medication. Some sites say to wait till they are 6 months old but the vet said to give it to her now. She is very little. Weight only 1 lb. 10 oz. The advantix treatment I gave her made her retch for a few days and not very hungry so I wasn't impressed with that and he only gave her a partial dose of the pack labeled for dogs 1-10 lbs. I'm worried about this heart worm pill as the pack says for dogs up to 25 lbs. Anyone have any experience with dosing a light weight yorkie? Tx
