Wow, that is tiny. Charlie weighed 7.5 pounds at 12 weeks. He's a big boy. I was hoping for a tiny one because my hands are really disabled with arthritis and it's hard for me to pick him up. But I figured it all out even with how heavy he is. He's a perfect addition to our family; I just "knew" in my heart he was right for us, sight unseen (no picture even.) I had no idea he could be so big. But I wouldn't change him for the world. And I think he knows it's hard for me holding or carrying him. He used to squirm but he doesn't anymore. Though he still squirms with the kids. I really do think he knows.

I'd be nervous with a baby that small, too. But they are adorable when they're so tiny, aren't they? If I get another one (I guess, I should say when. I've caught the "Yorkie" bug,) I would look for one that wasn't going to be too big.

I hope the weight gain continues!
