Personally, no.
I think every breeder has a right to sell their puppies for any price they want and if they can find buyers, good for them.
I don't think I would ever pay 3000 for a dog, but If I did I would expect A LOT for the money... like AKC registration (or equivalent Biewer registration), health tests on both parents, champion lines, health guarantees, etc.
