That was "Plan A" and we attempted it for the first year and a half of his life. Harnesses are way too expensive to continue like this, and we are now on to "Plan D or E", trust me we've tried a few things.
Edit: Besides its not slathered on, theres a few specks here and there its not like we're putting buckets of this stuff in his mouth - It would certainly be more than safe for a human to lick (not that I would want to). I just wanted to know if there were any issues with cayenne pepper specifically with dogs. (like chocolate, onions, etc)
