Thanks for your information. I have a 15 year old yorkie with the same problem except she also has cushing disease which she is on Lysoderm.

She is taking Aminophylline, Orbax, Enalapril and Tobutrol for her heart and trachea but her coughing is still bad.

I am going to call my vet tomorrow and ask him about Theophylline by Barr.
