some people bake the canned L/D in the oven to feed to the picky ones but I have heard many like the RC over LD and if you want to homecook you can do the dr dodds liver cleansing diet as well with COD. I do not like tilapia as most tilapia is farm raised and best to feed wild fish as less toxins
