As far as that lymph thing, I only found one site so far, it did say diarrhea and a round belly, and vomitting, he always had a round piglet belly, but never the vomitting. It would be a blessing if all his labs including the calcium are off and low because of the diarrhea and not from an illness. I'm wondering if the 1lb. wt. loss could be from going grain free, don't ya think 1lb. would be alot just from 2 loose bm's a day.
I think the loose stool came about 7-10 days after the eating incident.
I too hope the diarrhea has caused the calcium to be off, but it sounds like it was so low she wanted to do something to correct it right away. A one-pound weight loss can easily occur with diarrhea because so much moisture is lost. This weight comes right back on when properly hydrated. Seven to 10 days is probably too long to have caused the diarrhea from a simple stomach upset, that happens within 24 hours, but it's possible some type of bacteria could have caused a more serious illness, but of course I'm just guessing. It sounds like he's in good hands, and I hope the next lab results give you good news. Lol, I love your description of little piglet belly, Joey had one of those as a puppy too!
