As far as that lymph thing, I only found one site so far, it did say diarrhea and a round belly, and vomitting, he always had a round piglet belly, but never the vomitting. It would be a blessing if all his labs including the calcium are off and low because of the diarrhea and not from an illness. I'm wondering if the 1lb. wt. loss could be from going grain free, don't ya think 1lb. would be alot just from 2 loose bm's a day.
I think the loose stool came about 7-10 days after the eating incident.
How much does he weigh? as for a small dog 1lb can be alot.

did you just recently switch food as diarrhea can be from that as well?

7-10 days could be incubation for fungal infection. Did you bring up to vet about compost? I would converse with manolos mom to see what she noticed with her dog as she went through the fungal issue and her vet diagnosed with lymphangiecstasia at first but the blood work was normal so you can compare incidents.

It looks like you have a diet change and compost prior to incident correct? was there anything else? Was your dog ever acting sick before all this any other issues on blood work etc. as dogs that get lymphangiecstasia usually have a long battle with inflammatory bowel disease it does not just pop up out of no where usually.
