It is whether that risk out weighs the gain when doing these things which depends on lifestyle and area.

Sneezing and coughing are a sign of kennel cough . There is an incubation period as chachi said and the dog might have had a little bit of it when you got him that he may have been able to fight off but by adding that vaccine it sent him over the edge. The body can fight off a lot of things naturally but if you over tax the body it can send it in a tail spin so I blame the vaccine on this one.

This is why I always say VACCINATE HEALTHY DOGS ONLY. It says right on these vaccine bottles FOR HEALTHY DOGS ONLY. If you vaccinate a dog that is not healthy you may be dealing with more health issues.
