That's kinda like a hospital requiring the flu shots for patients...
There are certain situations where I would consider giving it, but I won't tell somebody else that they should. And for the most part, I'd decide against it. A dog with kennel ccough can also be put on antibiotics.
But this is coming from somebody with one dog. No grooming or boarding. Vets office has isolation and they are careful. I do take her to dog events, etc., but ususally carry her. Never had a problem in eight years. | ETA: Antibiotics not to stop the kennel cough but to try and prevent pneumonia.
