Sue the breeder for what? Not doing her own research. Studying your lines should be one of the very many first things of breeding. Buyer beware. Your friend really needs to look at the proper ways of being a reputable breeder and finding the right breeding stock....... She started out wrong and needs to take this as a lesson to be learned.
