yup and yup.

i see ear infections all the time and they usually smell horrible. plus the ear is red and irritated. They also can have some sort of discharge in them. I usually see nasty black goo, but it can be yellow and slimy too.

i wouldn't put any more animax in. you should take him to the vet so he can do a swab of the ear. also don't clean it before you go. the medication and ear cleaner will ruin the sample the vet takes
