i'm really sorry you're sad ... i totally understand how you feel ... you have grown to love this little one and it will be sad to see her go (especially after you've gotten emotionally invested in her).... you can feel great that you have been a terrific foster mommy and you've gotten some practice....

not too long ago, i thought i had found "the dog" for me and i had bought a plane ticket to go get her, bought supplies and everything. then i found out from her owner than she had a hip problem. i think she knew all along, but her conscience didn't get the best of her until later....

i came on here looking for advice and most people thought i would be making a mistake to purposely take on a dog that i knew had expensive health problems. i had been wanting one for so long ... and i was so disappointed.... but i knew that i had to move past my emotions and keep looking....

not even a week after i made the decision, trusting that "my dog" would soon come, i found out about bijou. she was perfect for me and i knew i would take her before i had even seen pictures of her!! she's been with me for almost 6 weeks now ... looking back now, i can see how it all worked out just perfectly....

i say all that to say hang in there, you will find "your dog" when the time is right!
