IMO 7 weeks is way to young. Its even against the law in some states prior to 8 weeks.
Yes many of them don't have teeth yet at that age. But you have the baby now and all can go well.

I would go to the petstore and get some esibilac 2nd stage milk (or even newborn) and mix it with moisten food with warm water. Keep the baby warm and dry and all should be fine.
