Sounds like you did everything you could. Like I said, it was generous of you to even offer a refund if she had her girl spayed. Take this ugly situation as a lesson learned and be more careful when placing a pup on open registration. Obviously, you just never know. I honestly can not say from what you posted that you did not try to do something to correct the situation.
