You put a sanitary pad in them so if they have an accident it's ok, but the ideal is to take them off when they go out. So far Tori has had no accidents. Lexi wouldn't potty on herself, unless she had no control. Tori will not potty in my bed or her crate and so far not in a diaper... YEAH
